Our Story
|
Pedersen Design, LLC is the result of collaboration between two recognized
graphic artists with expertise in print and digital media – an integration of design and marketing communications.
In 1992, Dave Pedersen decided that he needed to leave the corporate world in
order to bring his own core values and culture to his projects. A 1986 graduate
of the American Academy of Art in Chicago with a degree in advertising and
design, Dave had held several art and design positions with various agencies
and firms. But in order to follow his true passion, he felt he needed to start
his own company.
So 18 years ago, Pedersen Design was born, and Dave was able to bring his own
philosophy to his projects and deal with clients in an intimate one-on-one
setting.

After spending more than a decade in a home office, Pedersen Design began to
outgrow its environment. So in 2007 Pedersen Design moved to an office space in
Batavia where there was an opportunity to better work with clients directly,
and be visible and involved in the community.
Along with his wife Karen, who joined Pedersen Design in 2005 after attending
the American Academy of Art and working as a designer for Ace Hardware, Dave
was able achieve the growth his client base dictated. There was more room to
bring in clients and technology, and to let their imaginations grow.

In the new office, Pedersen Design was able to expand its services to Web
design, video and electronic media, and integrate them with other print
materials for an unmatched one-stop shopping experience in design and
marketing.
Now in its current office at 30 S. Shumway in Batavia, Pedersen Design, LLC has
opened its horizons and harnessed innovative and progressive new ways of
marketing. Pedersen Design can now bring a universal feel to its projects and
products while maintaining the respect and values shared by its clients.
